Lunch and Learn with ARCPoint Labs - "Alternatives to urine testing for the drug free workplace."

Description

Spenser Smith, owner of ARCpoint Labs, will provide a walkthrough of technologies such as hair, saliva, blood, and breath testing, and how employers can use them to balance a drug free workplace with employee privacy and productivity. 

Topics will include compliance with the new 2024 California law governing marijuana testing (you can still test, if you do it right), rapid testing, case studies for each technology, and an overview of new developments in the industry.
